Cenovus Energy - Internship Project

During my 8 month internship as a Data Developer & Analyst at Cenovus Energy, I had the opportunity to work on an independent project where I developed an application using Shiny. This app was designed to analyze and forecast HR business practice data, powered by a Monte Carlo simulation I implemented in Databricks & machine learning algorithms. The application provided valuable insights into leadership trends within the organization, helping to inform strategic decisions with senior leadership and promote diversity and inclusion in leadership roles.
